These Terms set the conditions for using Nigategift (the “Service”).

The Service is free. You may register gift categories to avoid, reasons, a short note, and optional SNS IDs, and share them as a public page.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

You are responsible for content you enter. Do not post sensitive data (address, contact details, health information, etc.) or third-party personal information.

Pages you create may be viewed by anyone. If you register SNS IDs, they may appear in in-service search results.

SNS IDs are self-reported; the Service does not verify identity.

Illegal or indecent acts, harassment, impersonation, infringement of rights, and unauthorized posting of others’ personal data are prohibited.

Interfering with operations, unauthorized access, excessive access, and similar acts are prohibited.

The operator may unpublish or delete posts that violate these Terms or threaten safe operation, without prior notice.

After deletion, copies may remain in external services, search engines, browsers, or shared content.

The operator may change, suspend, or end the Service for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

The operator does not warrant accuracy, identity, fitness for a particular purpose, or continuous availability.

Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence, liability is limited to ordinary and direct damages where the operator is legally liable.

The operator may update these Terms as required by law. Material changes will be announced on this page with an effective date.
