Privacy Policy

We use display name, selected gift categories, reasons, short notes, and optional SNS IDs to create, publish, and search profiles within the service.

Optional management email or Google account data is used to manage, edit, and delete pages you create.

Access data, share activity, report content, and feedback are used to prevent abuse, handle reports, investigate incidents, and improve the service.

Display name, selected gift categories, reasons, short notes, and update dates appear on public pages and share images.

If you register SNS IDs, they may appear in in-service search results. SNS IDs are not verified identity.

Management email and Google account data are not published.

Profiles are kept until you delete them. After deletion, public access and search stop, and related production data is deleted within 30 days.

Share usage data and report content stored in the database are deleted within 90 days of receipt. Notification emails, authentication, and rate-limit data are kept only as long as needed. Error and hosting logs are generally kept within 30 days.

Encrypted backups are retained for 30 days, so deleted data may remain in backups for up to about 60 days. Caches or shared copies on external systems may not be fully removable by us.

Except where required by law, we do not provide collected data to third parties beyond the stated purposes. When we use processors to run the service, we limit transfer to what is necessary.

We apply access control, protection of credentials, encryption in transit, input validation, rate limiting, monitoring, and encrypted backups appropriate to the service scale and data involved.

This service is operated by an individual. The operator’s name and address will be provided without undue delay upon a verified request from the data subject.

To request disclosure, correction, deletion, or suspension of use of retained personal data, send the target page URL and requested action to the contact address. We verify identity using registered management methods where applicable.

There is no fee for requests. If we cannot comply under law or decline the requested action, we will explain the reasons to the extent possible.
